A fault, an intermittent problem, or something that trips. The useful first step is describing what happens rather than deciding what it is — the description is what makes the visit efficient.
New circuits, replacement wiring, or equipment that needs a supply and a fixing. These start from the property rather than from a symptom: what is there now, what is open, and what has to be run.
