This is the important one on an electrical site, so it is stated plainly rather than buried.
The pages here describe categories of work and ask questions about your property. They do not diagnose faults, and that is on purpose — a diagnosis made without seeing an installation is a guess, and acting on a guess about an electrical system is how people get hurt. Where this site gives safety advice, it is general and cautious: switch it off, stop resetting it, get someone to look at it.
If something at your property is unsafe now, do not wait for a reply to an enquiry. Isolate the circuit at the board.
The category descriptions explain the kinds of work we take on. They are not a quotation and not an offer to contract. What a specific job involves depends on the property and the existing installation, and is confirmed after somebody has looked at it.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not book any work. It starts a conversation. See the privacy notice for what happens to what you send.
