Rewiring a villa

Rewiring a villa is as much about planning and disruption as about cable. Knowing the stages helps you decide how and when to do it.

A villa rewire usually starts with a survey and a circuit plan: what each room needs, where sockets, switches and lights should go, which appliances need their own circuits, and whether the distribution board — or boards — should be replaced. Outdoor circuits for gardens, pools and gates are often part of it in Dubai villas.
